01 / WHAT IT CONTAINS
Two chains.
Distinct identities.
An amino acid is a unit in a peptide chain. Here you see their order, not an atomic 3D structure. Select a component to read its explanation.
BPC-157: one peptide, several research leads.
It is investigated in experimental tissue-repair models. In rat tendon cells and explants, researchers observed cell migration and FAK–paxillin signalling. These results describe a laboratory mechanism. ↗
TB-500: establish which molecule is being discussed.
Here we show Ac–LKKTETQ, the 7-amino-acid fragment. Full thymosin β4 has 43; its effects do not automatically transfer to the fragment. “Ac” is an acetyl group, not an eighth amino acid. ↗

a supply route.
A 2020 study observed BPC-157 effects on nitric-oxide signalling in endothelial cells and on isolated rat-aorta tone. Light traces the vessel schematically; it does not measure flow or peptide distribution.

Cells move.
Signals matter.
An experiment observed tendon fibroblast migration with BPC-157. Fibroblasts help maintain the network around them. The drawing illustrates movement as a concept, not a measured speed.
For TB-500, the proposed actin connection comes from thymosin β4; equivalent fragment effects remain a research question.

BPC-157 / STOMACH & INTESTINE
Beyond tendons.
The digestive lining.
The lining covers the stomach and intestine: it forms a barrier, renews itself and participates in absorption. BPC-157 research explores protection of this tissue, its supporting blood vessels and responses to injury. The studies below investigated BPC-157 in rats.
STOMACH · EXPERIMENT
Ulcers and protection of the lining
In a model of healed gastric ulcers followed by clopidogrel-induced injury, BPC-157 reduced damage to the lining. Researchers examined inflammation, cell death and blood-vessel signalling. Clopidogrel is an antiplatelet medicine. Wu · 2020 ↗
STOMACH & INTESTINE · EXPERIMENT
Injury caused by anti-inflammatory drugs
A diclofenac experiment found reduced gastrointestinal injury in animals treated with BPC-157. This is a research lead for tissue protection; the experiment does not establish a way to prevent adverse effects in people taking anti-inflammatory medicines. Ilić · 2011 ↗
INTESTINE · AFTER RESECTION
Adaptation of the remaining intestine
After bowel resection in rats, a four-week study observed weight gain, taller villi and stronger intestinal anastomoses with BPC-157. This concerns adaptation of the remaining tissue, not regrowth of the removed segment. Sever · 2009 ↗
FROM EXPERIMENT TO EXPERIENCE
What people say about digestion
In communities, some describe less bloating, pain or discomfort; others notice partial improvements or no change. Symptoms, diet and substances used differ. A stomach that feels better is a relevant experience, but does not measure ulcer healing. Read the accounts ↘
These results do not show that TB-500 adds a digestive effect or establish a human treatment for gastritis, ulcers, IBS or inflammatory bowel disease. This dossier separates studied mechanisms from symptom accounts.

A small knee-pain case series.
The 2021 publication identified 17 records and contacted 16 people: 12 had received BPC-157 and 4 BPC-157 with thymosin β4. Improvements were reported, without a randomised comparison or standardised assessment. This is not clinical proof for the TB-500 fragment.

Reliable percentages are not available for this stack. A symptom reported after use does not by itself establish its cause.
DOCUMENTED REPORTS
Reported symptoms
The FDA review describes reports temporally associated with BPC-157: local redness/swelling, breathing difficulty and skin/gum pigmentation. Some also involved other peptides. ↗
INCOMPLETE DATA
Long-term safety
Limited follow-up does not establish long-term safety. Purity, aggregation and immune reactions are concerns distinct from the intended mechanism. ↗
Sudden breathing difficulty, tongue/throat swelling or fainting may signal an emergency: call 112 in Romania/the EU, or your local emergency number elsewhere. This is general safety guidance, not a peptide-specific frequency. NHS ↗
FROM COMMUNITIES
How people
describe it.
Paraphrases from comments on Dr. Alex Tatem’s video, Reddit and a discussion forum. These include positive, mixed and no-benefit accounts, not independently verified. The selection does not measure outcome frequency; BPC-157 alone and the combination are identified separately.
An improvement that lasted.
One author credits BPC-157 with lasting improvement in a shoulder injured during training. The account concerns BPC-157 alone, not the whole stack.
Less pain, easier movement.
A woman says she felt less knee pain and better mobility after the combination. This is her own assessment of her progress.
Strength returns within a broader process.
A commenter describes gains in mobility and strength alongside physiotherapy. Recovery was still ongoing; the account preserves the role of rehabilitation work.
A digestive change noticed along the way.
One person says they started BPC-157 with TB-500 for other issues, then noticed less stomach pain and bloating. The account includes no medical assessment confirming repair of the lining.
Better, even if not completely.
A commenter describing IBS-D symptoms reports partial improvement. They noticed a difference after stopping, but said they still felt better than before. Others in the same discussion reported no benefit.
More comfort, with some symptoms remaining.
On Low-Toxin Forum, one author describes their stomach as feeling stronger and reports less bloating, which had not disappeared completely. This is a personal observation about digestive comfort, without measurements of the lining.
A more comfortable morning.
A 43-year-old describes less morning lower-back pain, but not the faster sports recovery they had hoped for. Two aspects of the same experience.
06 / FAQ
Your questions.
Clear answers.
The dossier, explained simply. Open a question for the answer and its source.
What is the “Wolverine stack”?
It is a popular name for BPC-157 + TB-500. A “stack” means substances used together; the name does not define a standardised medicine or clinical protocol.
Source & context ↗Are TB-500 and thymosin beta-4 the same?
They should not be conflated: the TB-500 fragment shown here has 7 amino acids and an acetylated end; full-length thymosin beta-4 has 43. Commercial labels do not always identify the same molecule.
Source & context ↗Can it repair a tendon or cartilage?
Preclinical research offers interesting leads, but pain improvement does not demonstrate structural repair. The small human study in this dossier did not measure tissue regeneration through imaging.
Source & context ↗Is the combination better than either peptide alone?
Complementarity is a hypothesis. In the rat tendon experiment shown here, the combination provided no additional advantage. This does not establish efficacy in humans.
Source & context ↗How is BPC-157 related to the stomach and intestine?
It is studied for protection and repair of the digestive lining. In a rat model of gastric injury, BPC-157 reduced injury and influenced signals involved in inflammation and repair. This is a preclinical finding; it does not establish treatment of human ulcers or bowel symptoms.
Source & context ↗Do the digestive findings apply to the whole Wolverine stack?
The digestive studies cited here investigated BPC-157. They do not test whether adding TB-500 offers extra digestive benefit. Some personal accounts concern the combination, but cannot separate each component’s contribution.
Source & context ↗What do we know about side effects?
Symptoms have been reported, but the data do not support reliable frequency estimates for the combination. See documented reports and signs requiring medical attention separately.
Source & context ↗Explore the Side effects section ↗Does age change the interpretation?
The sources shown do not allow age-specific risk calculation. Young-animal data or one adult’s account do not establish safety for children, older people, pregnancy or people with other conditions.
Source & context ↗Where can it be bought?
MYBB does not sell products or recommend suppliers. A “research use only” label and an analysis certificate are not treatment authorisation or a safety guarantee. Discuss validated options for a medical problem with a clinician.
Source & context ↗Does this matter in competitive sport?
Yes. The 2026 WADA List includes BPC-157 under S0 and thymosin beta-4 and derivatives such as TB-500 under S2. Prohibition applies at all times, including out of competition.
